Practice Focus

  • Adults and young adults (starting age 20) wishing to address issues in Depression, Anxiety, Trauma and
Dissociation, Mid-Life Challenge, Stressors, Development of Self-Confidence and Self-Esteem, and
    Relationship Issues.

  • Adult children of self-focused/narcissistic parents, and adults recovering from relationship with such a
    partner.

  • She prefers to do longer-term work.

Practice Mission

While working in the U.S. and abroad, Carol encountered people who suffered psychological difficulties or
attention and focus challenges. Many of these skilled and gifted people had difficulty meeting career, life, and
relationship goals. She saw the difference therapy or counseling made when they engaged in counseling that
recognized the unique interplay between mind, spirit, body, heart and soul.

Each person should have the opportunity to best fulfill their individual nature. Each adult deserves the
opportunity of becoming more whole and authentic. When that can occur, psychological struggles take on
meaning, and suffering can diminish. Difficulties and challenges can be explored as places for growth and
    transformation.

    Carol's practice is diversity friendly.
